Japan has been graced with yet another limited-edition BMW, this time taking the shape of the 640i Gran Coupe.
Officially dubbed the BMW 640i Gran Coupe Celebration Edition Exclusive Sport, the model will be restricted to just 33 units and comes adorned with a host of features and finishes usually only available as special equipment and optional extras.
For starters, the model is offered exclusively with a Sapphire Black Metallic paint job and rides on a set of 20-inch M alloy wheels. It has also been given an added sense of spice with the optional M Sport package that includes new front and rear aprons.
The interior of the Celebration Edition Exclusive Sport is bathed in high-quality Nappa leather with cognac and black elements. There’s also contrast stitching, a BMW Individual alcantara roof lining, piano black trim and a Harman Kardon surround sound system with 16 speakers and two subwoofers.
Elsewhere, the special edition includes the available comfort package as standard, meaning it receives rear-seat heating, soft-close doors, 4-zone automatic air conditioning and comfort front seats.
Locals will have to part with 13.4 million yen ($125,715) for the model.
