But it’s understandable, since Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond are just a day away from airing their first episode of the all-new car show on Amazon Prime.
Named The Grand Tour, or TGT in short, which is an interesting pick in reference to the times when they were running things with BBC’s Top Gear (TG), the program has, so far, revealed the number of countries that the entire team traveled to, while filming the first season – 44.
If that sounds impressive, then you obviously haven’t heard about the almost 1.5 billion miles (2.3 billion km) driven, 27 cars destroyed, 59 drag races and 42 handbrake turns. These add up to the 14,951 cups of coffee served, and 395 gallons of petrol used by Hammond for 467 donuts.
Someone kept track of Jezza’s numbers as well, who was apparently behind 94 pranks pulled on the Hamster, 17 cars stalled, and 13 new sheep friends made.
The next logical step for The Grand Tour’s official YouTube channel would be applying the same mathematical pattern to James May too, but there’s still enough time to roll out a final teaser. Some say that…
