There’s no better way of finding out what a car company is made of than by taking two different products and putting them through their paces.
And when that company is named Lamborghini, things can only go up. As far as the weapon choice goes, these come in the form of a Huracan and an Aventador Roadster, which have met on the drag strip for a few 40 to 145 mph (64-233 km/h) rolling races that concluded with some surprising results.
Now, we won’t be posting any spoilers, but before checking out the footage, let’s talk numbers: a 5.2-liter V10, 610 PS (HP) and 560 Nm (413 lb-ft) of torque for the Huracan, and a 6.5-liter V12, 700 PS (HP) and 690 Nm (lb-ft) of torque for its larger sibling.
The “baby” Lambo accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds and reaches a top speed of 325 km/h (201 mph), while the Aventador Roadster needs just 3.0 seconds dead for to sprint from 0-100 km/h (0-62 mph) and will keep going up to 350 km/h (217 mph).
Enough with numbers; these two seem pretty close anyway, so just click play and let the raging bull fight begin!
