Some people may still have their reservations about Hyundai, but it is difficult to deny that the new Elantra Sport is a rather good-looking sedan.
Revealed a few short months ago, the model is only available as a five-door, but that hasn’t stopped Theophilus Chin from dreaming up how a Cabriolet variant would look.
Although it’s unlikely to come to fruition, we personally think the design of the Elantra Sport lends itself beautifully to a convertible derivative, making it look better than some premium European droptops.
At the front, the model perfectly blends aggressive styling elements with just the right amount of curved surfaces and creases. The sides also look particularly sporty with two horizontal lines running across the doors and stretching to the rear haunches. The rear meanwhile looks rather sexy thanks in part to the diffuser and twin tailpipes.
If there was one thing we’d change, it would have to be the inclusion of either quad tailpipes or instead, a single pipe poking out of each side of the bumper.
