As if running a red light isn’t bad enough, causing an accident that could have seriously injured anybody crossing the street at that time is downright scary.
This incident took place this week in Russia where two drivers ran a red light just as pedestrians were done crossing the street. Had they arrived at that intersection one or two seconds earlier, the result could have been much worse.
Still, what ends up happening is that one of the cars got t-boned by a VW van, hit the car to its left and entered a slide which ultimately resulted in it tipping over.
Again, the pedestrians had barely made to to the sidewalk when that car was propelled towards them. In fact, we reckon it missed them by about 2 meters (6.6 ft).
