The problem with using a phone mount on your motorcycle is that eventually, you’re going to take your eyes off the road for more than a split second.
Unfortunately, that’s all it takes for you to get in trouble when you’re on two wheels and lack the maneuverability and stopping power you’d have in an automobile.
That being said, here’s one particular rider thought he could change the song playing on his phone without having anything bad happen. By the time he looked up, it was already too late to do anything – at least that’s how he feels.
After the fall, he kept recording as passers-by stopped to offer help and he even recorded all the conversations that took place with emergency services and the police.
As the doctors are trying to assist him, they had to get him to sit up, which gave us a look at the protective gear he was wearing – which definitely helped keep injuries to a minimum.
Still, he did end up with a broken collarbone, which is what basically connects the arm to the body. This type of injury can take several months to properly heal.
