With just a few days left until The Grand Tour launches on Amazon Prime, more behind-the-scenes numbers have been revealed, and they are quite impressive to look at.
Following the immense number of coffee cups apparently required to film the car show’s first season, along with the out-of-this-world mileage covered and more than two dozen vehicles destroyed, the latest teaser reveals no less than 59 drag races.
The short footage released by the official YouTube channel shows what everyone basically knew for for many months: the Ferrari LaFerrari, McLaren P1 and Porsche 918 Spyder put through their paces on the track, in a comparison that never happened on the old Top Gear, which should be more than enough to keep enthusiasts glued to their screens.
Additionally, 42 handbrake turns should make the younger audience sigh, while James May’s broken hand ends the ‘mathematical’ list. As for the actual show, presented by Jeremy Clarkson, James May, and Richard Hammond, it’s going to air next Friday, November 18. We, for one, can’t wait…
