Aston Martin just launched its new Timeless pre-owned car program the other day, and look at the gem we’ve already found.

It’s a Zagato-bodied Aston, but despite what the cental listing says, it’s not a Vantage-based V12 Zagato, nor is the more recent Vanquish. This is a 2003 model, based on the DB7 (as the dealer’s own listing correctly states).

With just 100 examples made, it’s a rarer beast than the the models that followed, but of course it packs a version of the same 6.0-liter V12 as those and just about everything Aston has made over the past couple of decades.

With its Milanese coachwork done up in a beautiful combination of pale metallic Chiltern Green with a Bitter Chocolate interior, it hardly looks 13 years old. But with fewer than 15,000 miles on the odometer, it’s listed for sale in Edinburgh, Scotland, for £324,950 – or almost $400k at current Brexit-laden exchange rates.

That’s about as much as Aston charged for the V12 Zagato that came between. It also makes it one of the most expensive pre-owned Astons currently listed for sale in the UK. But it’s a relative bargain compared to the $750k or so you’d have had to pony up for one of the new Vanquish Zagatos.
