While a snowy surface isn’t what you need in order to extract every last drop of performance from the extremely fast V12 Vantage S, watching it drift really does look cool.
This is, after all, one of the fastest cars Aston Martin has ever built and is by no means aimed at those who don’t know how to handle a rear wheel driven beast that can get from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 3.9 seconds.
You can even round that out to 3.7 seconds if you think in 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) terms, though anyway you slice it, it’s extraordinarily quick.
Its all thanks to a massive 6.0-liter V12 engine, rated for 565 HP (573 PS) and 620 Nm (457 lb-ft) of torque, and which is also responsible for the V12 Vantage S’ top speed of 330 km/h (205 mph). That means it’s faster than a Lamborghini Huracan, despite having to lug around an additional 189 kg (416 lbs).
Also, for the purpose of watching this video, don’t forget to turn up the volume on your speakers – that exhaust is seriously brutal.
