With prices starting from as low as £5,995, the facelifted Dacia Sandero is now available for order in the UK.

New to the Sandero and Logan MCV family is a more efficient 1.0-liter three-cylinder petrol engine, rated at 75 PS (74 HP) and paired to a manual gearbox or the optional Easy-R automated manual.

Besides the usual exterior updates, the Sandero features LED DRLs, tinted windows, ESC with ASR, Hill Start Assist, Emergency Brake Assist, 15-inch Tarkine wheel trims and black cloth upholstery, on the Access trim level.

The mid-range Ambiance adds air conditioning, AUX and USB, DAB radio, Bluetooth, automatic door locking, an ECO mode on the TCe 90 and dCi versions, Satin Chrome trim and an optional £50 ($64) Height Adjustment Pack, which includes driver’s seat, steering wheel and front seatbelt height adjustment.

New for the Laureate are the 7-inch MediaNav Evolution infotainment with sat-nav, and rear parking sensors, in addition to the heated electrically-adjustable side mirrors, front fog lights, cruise control with speed limiter, on-board computer, and Dark Carbon Indite cloth upholstery.

The 2017 Logan MCV, priced from £6,995, benefits from the exact same array of equipment as the facelifted Sandero, while the updated Sandero Stepway adds a 40 mm raised ride height, 16-inch alloy-look wheels, Metal Grey roof bars, Satin Chrome skid plates, tinted windows, and Dark carbon cloth upholstery. This model is available in Ambiance and Laureate versions, and adds front fog lights and the Height Adjustment Pack as well, kicking off from £8,795.

Finally, with the addition of a six-speed EDC (Efficient Dual Clutch) transmission, the Dacia Duster has become the most affordable automatic crossover in the UK. The gearbox is mated to the 1.5-liter dCi 110 PS (108 HP) unit and it’s available on the Laureate and Prestige 4×2 variants, carrying a recommended retail price of £14,995.
