Manhart have stepped out of their comfort zone that saw them tune high-end BMWs and took on a new project that builds on the Mercedes-AMG C63 S Coupe.
The two-door luxury compact car has received new turbos, a software optimization, an upgraded fuel system, and an aftermarket exhaust, which, combined with other tweaks, have brought the engine’s output up to 700PS (690hp) and 900Nm (664lb-ft) of torque.
The stock 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8, by comparison, makes 510PS (503hp) and 700Nm (516lb-ft) of torque, so we’re talking about a serious upgrade. No info about its 0-100km/h (62mph) sprint time have been provided, but the tuner states that top speed has been increased to 310km/h (192mph), from 290km/h (180mph).
The new KW coilover springs, which make the car sit closer to the ground, the yellow decor stripes that adorn the matte grey body and the 21-inch rims with yellow inserts, wrapped in 255/30 front and 295/25 rear tires enhance its visual appearance.
Manhart haven’t released any pricing details in regards to their updates made to the powerful Merc, thus potential customers will have to contact them.
