Any petrolhead that hasn’t been living under a rock knows by now that the Bugatti Chiron is the new big bad wolf of the automotive world.
Top Gear’s Chris Harris says that the Chiron will absolutely “demolish road surfaces”, as in cover distances really, really fast. He also feels that Bugatti’s latest hypercar is one of the most complete cars he’s ever driven, something he didn’t actually expect.
What you can expect from the Chiron is mind-bending performance, especially in a straight line where its 8.0-liter W12 quad-turbo power unit will send 1,500 horses towards all four wheels, allowing you to get from 0 to 60 mph (96 km/h) in under 2 and a half seconds.
If that’s not impressive enough, know that it will also rocket to 200 km/h (120 mph) in 6.5 seconds, 300 km/h (190 mph) in 13.6 seconds and ultimately max out at an electronically limited 420 km/h (261 mph).
Overall, this is one of the most thorough reviews of the Chiron, and if you love the car and you’re also a fan of Harris’ reviews, then you really should get your popcorn ready.
