There have been a few changes in McLaren’s range over these past few months, and the most important one saw the introduction of the 720S.
Coming to replace the 650S, Woking’s latest supercar is also the most exciting in their Super Series lineup, and it’s not only sexy to look at, but it also packs quite a punch, with 720PS (710hp) and 770Nm (568lb-ft) of torque from the reworked twin-turbo V8 that has been enlarged to 4.0lt.
On paper, the new McLaren 720S has what it takes to embarrass not only the Ferrari 488 GTB, but also the Lamborghini Huracan Performante. Heck, it could also give some V12-powered supercars, such as the Ferrari 812 Superfast and Lamborghini Aventador S a run for their money, so that’s very impressive indeed.
But how does the brand’s latest addition to the Super Series family stand against the hardcore 675LT? To find out, you’ll have to check out the two videos posted below, which show two car guys having a lot of fun on the Autobahn and the Nurburgring.
