Discovered at the luxury automaker’s Abu Dhabi showroom, this sinister-looking Rolls-Royce Wraith Black Badge is hiding a surprisingly flamboyant interior.

According to Rolls-Royce, Black Badge edition models are supposed to attract younger buyers, which they should, seen as how they not only look “meaner” with all that gloss black, but are also packing a little extra muscle underneath those long bonnets.

In order to increase performance, Rolls-Royce took the Wraith Black Badge to 870 Nm (642 lb-ft) of torque, to go with the 6.6-liter twin-turbocharged V12 engine’s stock 632 PS (624 HP).

What makes this particular Wraith special, aside from the black grille surround, boot lid finisher, lower air inlet finisher and exhaust tips, are its shoulder line stripes, matching part of the car’s dual-tone interior.

The bespoke cabin is all decked out in Mandarin and Black, although you’ll also find some chrome and carbon fiber surfaces. The Mandarin works pretty well with black, just as it did with blue on this one-of-a-kind Dawn we saw last year.

It certainly makes the entire interior pop, which some Rolls-Royce customers consider a good thing.
