Porsche’s 2018 911 GT2 RS has a lot of hype to live up to and knowing what we know of the German automaker, it will probably exceed every expectation.

Whereas other 911 models like the 911 R and GT3 have been made with driver thrills the top priority, the GT2 RS is all about destroying its rivals on a racetrack but as it turns out, it does have a split personality.

In the latest video promoting the track-focused 911, Porsche’s Mark Webber and Walter Röhrl had some driving time in the car at Circuit Paul Ricard and thanks to their different racing backgrounds, the two drive the GT2 RS very differently.

As Webber comes from Formula One, he is all about powering through corners completely flat and as fast as possible. On the other hand, Röhrl’s successful rally career means he’s more comfortable kicking the tail out and getting the rear wheels spinning, showing that while the GT2 RS is a serious track weapon, it can also be used purely for fun.
