Sales of the new Nissan X-Trail in the UK have started, with the company releasing pricing and range details of their refreshed flagship SUV.
Among the highlights of the facelifted model is of course the addition of the ProPilot semi-autonomous technology, which allows the new Nissan X-Trail to drive itself under supervision in a single lane on highways during heavy traffic congestion and high-speed cruising.
Nissan has updated the exterior design of the popular X-Trail with things like their latest and wider V-Motion front grille, new headlamp clusters, redesigned DRLs while they’ve reduced the visible black plastic sections, making greater use of the car’s body color.
The company has also added four new exterior paint options – Monarch Orange, Palatial Ruby, Sapphire Blue and Picador Brown.
Inside the new Nissan X-Trail comes with a raft of upgrades to make it feel more high-quality and practical than before. There’s a new D-shaped steering wheel, a new leather knee pad on both sides of the center console, gloss black air vents and a redesigned central armrest storage area.
Pricing for the new Nissan X-Trail starts from £23,385 OTR, with customers offered the choice between FWD and AWD, manual or X-Tronic automatic transmissions, two diesel and one petrol engine option and five- or seven-seat configuration for the cabin.
