It’s always those truly special flagship models you feel most sorry for whenever you encounter one that’s been wrecked, isn’t it?
This M760Li looks like it went 10 rounds with Floyd Mayweather and the refs didn’t actually stop the fight this time. Unfortunately, we’re a little fuzzy about what really happened, since these images posted to Gumbal’s Facebook page didn’t come with a detailed description.
Nevertheless, somebody who claims they were there, pointed to a “little hole in the road” causing the driver of the M760Li to go off-road at what seems like high speed – judging by the distance traveled.
From what we can see, the suspension gave in entirely, which should make for an extremely expensive repair bill. The damage itself allegedly came from the car slamming into some big rocks on the ground as it was making its way across the field involuntarily.
Hopefully, somebody will get to drive this twin-turbo V12-powered beast again, just so they can experience its 610 PS (601 HP) and massive 800 Nm (590 lb-ft) of torque. Yes, this is the Bimmer that made a name for itself for being quicker to 100 km/h (62 mph) than an F10 M5.
