Gather nineteen Fords in one place and it would hardly seem like much of a big deal. Nineteen Lamborghinis is getting closer, but that’s still a drop in the bucket when you consider how many cars the manufacturer sells each year. But nineteen Koenigseggs? That’s got to be a new record, right?
It is, actually. That’s the largest number of Koenigseggs ever assembled in one place – even at the factory, which produces these hypercars at a pace diametrically opposed to that with which they pick up speed out on the open road or track.
And that’s how many of the company’s exotic vehicles came together for this year’s Koenigsegg Owners Tour. Among them were four examples of the CCR, six of the CCX, two of the CCXR, one Agera, two of the Agera R, another three of the Agera RS, and a single One:1. They extended from the company’s very first customer to its most recent.
The motorcade of 18,000 horsepower started in the Swedish city of Malmö, overnighted at a 15th-century fortress, drove through the countryside, visited another castle, an automotive museum in Simirshamn, spent the next night at an 8th century estate, hit the track at the Ring Knutstorp, and toured the factory in Ängelholm.
Sounds like our kind of weekend, and you can check it out in the image gallery and video below.
