A unique 1969 Ford Mustang Mach 1 has popped up on eBay and is bound to raise the eyebrows of a few enthusiasts.
While the seller claims that there’s no other ’69 Mustang like this, Barn Finds notes that the only feature differentiating this Mustang from every other similarly-specced example are the optional intermittent window wipers. So, it may not be a true one-off but it does have an interesting history.
The muscle car has 51,000 miles on it and the seller says that it’s been parked for the past 47 years, the last 25 of which were in a “controlled environment”.
Sitting under the Mustang’s Shaker Hood is Ford’s 390-4V V8 engine delivering approximately 320 hp through a four-speed transmission. The car also has bucket seats, air conditioning and is painted in a stunning color dubbed Acapulco Blue.
At the time of writing, the muscle car had a highest bid of $29,100 but the reserve had yet to be met.
