If you haven’t had a chance to watch the first episode of The Grand Tour’s second season, stop what you’re doing and check it out immediately.
If you have seen it, the video below showcases one of the most memorable segments from the trio’s Swiss road trip in the Rimac Concept_One, Lamborghini Aventador S, and Honda NSX, showing just how quick the Croatian electric hypercar is.
Filmed before Richard Hammond’s unfortunate crash onboard the Rimac, the drag race took place at an airfield in Switzerland and marks a return to form for the three ex-Top Gear hosts.
To be fair to the Aventador and NSX, the Rimac is in a totally-different performance class, so it’s no surprise that it wiped the floor with the two supercars. In fact, the Concept_One used in the film delivers 1,224 hp thanks to four electric motors and a 90 kWh battery pack. This allows it to reach 62 mph (100 km/h) in 2.5 seconds and a top speed of 220 mph (354 km/h).
