Impressive though it is in its own right, the McLaren 570S has had to live in the shadow of its big brother. But now that the 720S has arrived to replace the 650S in the Super Series, the Sports Series has a little more room to grow. And Prior Design wants to help.

Having already revealed a (relatively) more subtle aero kit, the tuner has now come out with a full widebody transformation for the “baby Mac” that, as you can see, takes it beyond its “entry level” status and into altogether more serious territory… even if only aesthetically.

The kit includes a new front bumper, fender extensions, side skirts, side blades, rear diffuser, and rear wing – all made from carbon fiber. The demo vehicle, as you can see, is wrapped in a rather intriguing geometric urban camo-style livery, and fitted with a set of forged modular alloys that Prior Design offers in sizes ranging from 18 to 23 inches.

No word on engine mods, but as it is, the 3.8-liter twin-turbo V8 already kicks out 562 horsepower and 443 lb-ft of torque in this model. And considering that this engine has formed the basis for everything McLaren makes, we know it’s capable of more.

Prior Design also offers custom suspension and exhaust components to take the treatment even further, and can customize the interior to your liking as well. With all those modifications, the 570S ought to leave its competition in the dust… to say nothing of its own stablemates.
