On New Year’s Eve, an out-of-control Audi R8 rear-ended a parked Nissan in Bradford, West Yorkshire, launching it off the ground.
According to The Sun, there were three kids inside the family car, one of them requiring medical attention after the incident.
“We got a call at 15:33 yesterday to a three-car road traffic collision,” said a spokesman for the Yorkshire Ambulance Service. “Three children needed to be checked over at the scene. One child needed hospital treatment and was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary.”
As a result of the impact, the bright yellow German supercar had an entire panel ripped off, not to mention extensive damage to the front fascia, a crumpled bonnet and a broken windshield.
The Nissan sustained substantial damage, too, both at the rear (where the Audi struck it) as well as the front, as it scraped the pavement before landing on its wheels again.
