The new Audi RS4 Avant, unveiled for the 2018 model year, is a serious bit of kit and more than matches its performance with absolutely stunning interior and exterior looks.

Just in case you weren’t already won over by the new RS4, check out the video below, showing the performance car painted in Sonoma Green and posing at the glorious Gerlos Pass in the Austrian Alps.

Sonoma Green is only offered through the Audi Exclusive program and, despite not being very common on Audi Sport models, we think it is one of the finest colors in Audi’s current palette. Contrasted against the white of the snow and ice in Austria, the green pops and draws your eyes to the RS4’s sculpted body.

Just like the exterior, the cabin of the new RS4 Avant is also very similar to the RS6, albeit on a slightly smaller scale. As such, there are beautiful seats with quilted leather stitching, an attractive three-spoke, flat-bottomed steering wheel and Audi’s sleek center console design. Going on looks alone, we prefer the RS4 Avant over the M3 and C63 Estate – but that’s just us…

The RS4 Avant is powered by a 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 engine delivering 444 hp and 443 lb-ft of torque with power transmitted through an eight-speed automatic transmission to the Quattro all-wheel drive system.
