The new Audi RS4 Avant is a talented station wagon that’s not afraid to tackle even the most adverse of conditions – and that includes snow.
Auditography has released yet another impressive video that sees the premium super-estate engage in some plowing and sideways action in a Polish winter landscape with lots of snow.
Finished in Navara Blue Metallic and equipped with the optional 20-inch alloy wheels shod in 275/30 tires, the range-topping member of the B9 A4 Avant is powered by a 2.9-liter biturbo petrol engine. The engine puts out 450PS (444hp) and 600Nm (443lb-fT) of torque and is mated to an 8-speed automatic transmission.
It needs only 4.1sec to accelerate from 0 to 100km/h (62mph), which is 0.6sec faster than its predecessor, while top speed is limited at 250km/h (155mph). Choose the RS Dynamics Package from the options list, and the new Audi RS4 Avant will eventually max out at 280km/h (174mph).
Pricing for the new RS4 Avant starts from €79,800 ($97,818) in Germany and £61,625 ($85,777) in the United Kingdom.
