When not making headlines for other reasons, such as being accused of faking his own kidnapping (though the district attorney’s office ended up declining to press charges without giving out any details), Lapo Elkann treats car enthusiasts to various projects made by his own company, Garage Italia Customs.

The latest one is a Ferrari GTC4Lusso, which was personalized especially for the Fiat heir, transforming it into a one-off thanks to the different shades of blue applied all around.

Finished in Scottish Blue (Blu Scozia), the supercar’s exterior is also adorned with an exclusive color, called Azzurro Lapo, which can be seen on the bonnet, roof, trunk, and side gills. Why, even the wheels and brake calipers are painted blue.

The interior of this GTC4Lusso, which was rechristened the GTC4Azzurra by the tuner, is bathed in blue, too, as pretty much every surface, from the upper and lower parts of dashboard to the steering wheel, and from the carpet to the seats are painted in that color, with the latter adding the discreet Italian flag on the driver’s side.

Lapo Elkann’s company didn’t appear to have messed with the 6.3-liter V12 that powers Ferrari’s Grand Tourer. Still, with 690PS (680hp) and 697Nm (514lb-ft) of torque, it’s already very powerful even in stock form.

Ferrari has launched a more tamed version as well, the GTC4Lusso T, which eschews the NA V12 in favor of a 3.9-liter turbocharged V8. It puts out 610PS (601hp) and 760Nm (561lb-ft) of torque, and it’s just 0.1sec slower than the V12 from 0 to 100km/h (62mph).
