While Kia is still teasing the 2019 K900 through a series of sketches, photos of a fully naked example have found their way online.

The new Korean luxury flagship model was spotted by a Bobaedream forum reader riding on the back of a flatbed somewhere in South Korea.

Unlike the more stylish Stinger, the new 2019 Kia K900 adopts a more mature and elegant design for its exterior, which was expected since the company has already shown us what was going to look like on the aforementioned sketches.

The interior on the other hand will be a more modern affair, as it will feature a widescreen 12-inch display for the infotainment system, a fully digital cockpit, and a leather-wrapped dashboard complimented by high-quality wood veneers and aluminum touches. It will even use proximity sensors to illuminate the controls once it detects the driver’s hand reaching for them.

The new Kia luxury flagship sedan will ride on the same rear-drive platform with the Genesis sedans. It will also share most powertrains with them, including the twin-turbo 3.3-liter V6 and the 5.0-liter V8, with 365hp and 420hp respectively. Both of the engines will be paired to a 10-speed automatic transmission.

Kia is expected to offer the 2019 K900 in rear-drive configurations as standard, with the all-wheel drive system being optional.  A (very) long list of driver assistance systems is a given, as well as the existence of semi-autonomous technologies on board.

The all-new 2019 Kia K900 will premiere at the New York Auto Show at the end of this month.
