There’s no better way to advertise your product these days than to place it in an action-packed film, and Pennzoil is no stranger to this practice.

This time the star of the show is a BMW M4 CS finished in the company’s trademark yellow color and the place is none other than the legendary Nurburgring.

There’s something special in watching BMW M models being spanked with no mercy and Pennzoil’s film delivers the goods as promised, showing the M4 drifting its way inside the fabled track as well as the surrounding roads.

The M4 CS represents the most capable iteration of the Bavarian coupe, excluding the GTS limited edition. It features an upgraded chassis with stiffer springs and dampers, fatter anti-roll bars, stickier tires and optional carbon-ceramic brakes.

The twin-turbo straight-six produces 454hp and 442lb-ft of torque, making the CS capable of a 0-62mph (0-100 km/h) sprint of 3.9 seconds and a 174mph (278km/h) top speed. Not that the regular M4 was considered slow, but there’s always room for more power.

If you like slow-mo drifting, lots of tire smoke and the notorious Nurburgring, then sit back and enjoy Pennzoil’s latest film.
