Volkswagen wants to steal the show in Geneva with a new concept car called ID Vizzion.

Part of their electrified ID family, the study continues to be teased, prior to its official presentation that will likely take place tomorrow.

One of the teaser videos reveals part of its profile, with its raked windscreen, slim headlights, and large wheels, with a rotor-like styling, whereas the other is basically a time lapse of its birth, providing a deeper look into it.

Believed to preview a future Tesla Model S rival, the new Volkswagen ID Vizzion follows hot on the heels of the Crozz and Buzz, and it represents much more than an exercise in design. It features a lounge-like cabin with no controls whatsoever, Level 5 fully autonomous driving, and some other features that will be detailed during its premiere.

And since it’s all about providing a glimpse into the future of the VW Group, the show car is fully electric too. It uses two motors that make a total of 306PS (302hp), which are backed up by a large lithium-ion battery, allowing it to travel for up to 665km (413miles) in between charges, according to the automaker.
