With its hybrid powertrain, impressive performance and limited production numbers, the Porsche 918 Spyder speaks for itself.
It still sits at the top of the German car marque’s range, despite being discontinued in 2015, after a production run of only 918 units, hence the name. Naturally, it continues to stun enthusiasts, stealing the show wherever it arrives.
One might think that after all these years, there’s nothing much that can be said about the Porsche 918 Spyder. And they wouldn’t be wrong, for the most part, but have you actually seen one in an urban camo wrap? Although it’s a controversial look for the limited-run hypercar, it’s definitely a head-turner, even in Monaco’s automotive scenery.

Unlike most exotic car owners driving their rides in the Principality, the person sitting behind the wheel didn’t punish the 918; not even a bit, even if all eyes were on him.
Before moving to video, we have to mention that if you are sitting on huge chunks of cash waiting for the Porsche 918’s price to drop, then now would be a good time to make a purchase. Certain examples are currently listed from as low as €1.2 million ($1.48 million), and that’s basically Mercedes-Maybach G650 Landaulet, Ferrari F12tdf and Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato Volante money.
Of course, these have over 15,000 kilometers (9,321 miles) on the clock, but you could land a barely-driven one for about €300,000 to €400,000 ($368,000-490,000) more.
