If you’re going through the “trouble” of purchasing a pricey compact executive saloon like the 2018 Audi S4, you might as well personalize the interior in order to make it feel more special.
Whoever ordered this particular S4, showcased at the Audi Forum in Neckarsulm, definitely had the right idea in mind, opting for a two-tone Audi Exclusive interior, boasting a mixture of black and amber (or is that orange tan?) leather to go with the wooden trim running across the dashboard, center console and door panels.
Yet, we can’t help but notice the somewhat strange color combination found on the predominantly amber steering wheel, where the buttons and the center pad remain black. The amber gear lever also sticks out from the center console, which has the same color surrounds that match everything from the seats to the floor mat piping.
As for the exterior, this S4 was finished in a color Audi names Argus Brown Metallic.
Regardless of what it looks like, the 2018 Audi S4 remains a very capable car when it comes to straight line performance. Powered by the German automaker’s 3.0-liter TFSI V6 unit, the S4 puts down 354 PS and 500 Nm (369 lb-ft) of torque.
These figures help the saloon version accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 4.7 seconds, while 60 mph (96 km/h) takes just 4.4 seconds. Of course, the quattro all-wheel drive system plays a big part too.
