The Dodge Challenger SRT Demon was something of an oddity in today’s automotive landscape, being a ridiculously powered, yet relatively affordable, coupe in a world choke full of SUVs.
FCA might have discontinued the Demon, but nevertheless it has made quite a name of itself by beating almost everything on four wheels that came its way.
And while some of its rivals have better sound systems of smartphone integration as optional extras, the Dodge Demon has something called the ‘Demon Crate‘. It adds drag radials, a hydraulic floor jack, torque wrench, fender cover and certain other goodies.

Fill its tank with 100 octane fuel, and you’ll see the supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8 produce a whopping 840 horses. This translates into a startling 2.3sec for the 0-60mph (0-96km/h) run, and 9.65 seconds to complete the quarter mile, at least according to Dodge.
The example displayed here isn’t sprinting like crazy over some drag strip. What it does is parading its new wheels, which were fitted by Vossen.
They measure 20×11 inches up front and 20×12 inches at the rear, have a brushed midnight smoke finish, and are called the M-X2. Taking a closer look on the company’s website reveals the M-X2 series with the ‘coming soon’ caption, while also revealing a total of 48 colors and different sizes, from 19- to 24-inch, available, along with a starting price of $1,700 each.
