Porsche has released the final teaser image of the 2019 Macan, ahead of its unveiling tomorrow.

Posted on social media, the darkened image doesn’t reveal much but it confirms the facelifted crossover will have a restyled tailgate and new taillights. Speaking of the latter, the two units will be connected by a thin strip just like on newer models such as the Cayenne, Panamera and next-generation 911.

While that’s the only detail revealed by the teaser image, previous spy photos have shown other changes will be limited. These are slated to include a modified front bumper, a revised grille and updated headlights.

The exterior styling won’t be drastically different, but the cabin will see bigger changes. Most notably, the model will have a larger infotainment system and a redesigned center stack with air vents that are now located beneath the main screen.

Porsche was been coy on additional details, but the automaker has said the Macan has been “significantly enhanced in terms of its design, comfort, connectivity and driving dynamics.” That’s not much to go on, but an earlier report suggested the crossover will be offered with an upgraded turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that produces around 300 hp (223 kW / 304 PS).

The entry-level Macan isn’t the only model expected to be more powerful than its predecessor as the Macan S is expected to adopt a new turbocharged 3.0-liter V6. The engine is rumored to produce approximately 355 hp (265 kW / 360 PS) and this would be an increase of 20 hp (15 kW / 20 PS).

Lastly, the Macan Turbo is slated to swap its turbocharged 3.6-liter V6 for a new a turbocharged 2.9-liter unit. This change will reportedly bring an additional 34 hp (25 kW / 34 PS) and an output of 434 hp (323 kW / 440 PS).
