Rolls-Royce will use Monterey Car Week to stage the public debut of the Cullinan in America.
As part of the festivities, the company will showcase four Cullinans including one that features an Iguazu Blue exterior and a Charles Blue interior with Scivaro Grey highlights. The three other models will have a Magma Red or Darkest Tungsten paint job and each will be equipped with the crossover’s trademark Viewing Suite.
Billed as the “Rolls-Royce of SUVs,” the Cullinan is powered by a twin-turbo 6.75-liter V12 engine that produces 563 hp (420 kW / 570 PS) and 850 Nm (627 lb-ft) of torque. It is connected to an eight-speed automatic transmission and an all-wheel drive system.
Besides showcasing the Cullinan, Rolls-Royce will deliver a unique Phantom to noted collector Michael Fux. Called the “Phantom in Fuxia,” the model will become Fux’s 10th bespoke Rolls-Royce and it will join his collection of more than 140 unique automobiles.
Rolls-Royce will also debut the new Umbra Black Badge Collection of Dawn, Ghost and Wraith models. Each features a Matte Black exterior with 21-inch “carbon alloy” wheels and dark chrome trim. Inside, the cars have Mugello Red and Black leather upholstery, technical carbon fiber trim and “Pebble Beach 2018” treadplates.
The company will also introduce the Paradiso Collection which consists of one Dawn, Ghost and Wraith. Painted in exclusive Quail Blue, the models have a Mandarin coach line, twin hood stripes and pinstripes on the wheel caps. The interior design varies by model, but each has aluminum-threaded carbon fiber trim.
Lastly, Rolls-Royce will show the Dawn Black Badge Adamas Collection and the Nebula Collection. The latter collection features an Iced Selby Grey exterior and a two-tone interior with a hexagonal motif embroidered into the rear seats.
