Mazda has announced a new, limited run variant for the CX-3 SUV and Mazda2 hatchback in the United Kingdom named the Black+ Edition.
The CX-3 Black+ Edition is available solely with the 121 PS (119 hp / 89 kW) SkyActiv-G petrol engine and front-wheel drive. It will arrive in dealerships across Britain this fall, priced at £22,195 ($28,690/€24,669) with the manual gearbox and £23,195 ($29,983/€25,780) with the automatic, and will be limited to just 500 units.
The special edition version of the crossover is based upon the SE-L Nav+ trim level and comes with a choice of three exterior colors: Soul Red Crystal Metallic, Eternal Blue Mica and Machine Grey Metallic.

Making it stand out from the regular CX-3 are a few exterior updates, including the black mirror caps and rear spoiler and 18-inch silver alloy wheels. The equipment list includes front parking sensors, reversing camera, leather seats, heated steering wheel and a head-up display as standard.
The 2018 Mazda2 Black+ Edition is already in dealerships, price from £15,795 ($20,418/€17,555). Just like the CX-3, the supermini is limited to 500 units and builds upon the SE-L Nav+ grade.
It’s powered by the 90 PS (89 hp / 66 kW) 1.5-liter SkyActiv-G petrol engine and comes in one of three distinct paints, named Dynamic Blue Mica, Deep Crimson Mica and Machine Grey Metallic.
The special edition subcompact hatchback is distinguished by the Brilliant Black roof spoiler and black alloy wheels and adds a shark fin antenna and rear privacy glass.
