We haven’t heard much from Karma Automotive since they launched a revised version of the Fisker Karma in the spring of 2017. That’s changing today as the company has introduced the new Revero Aliso Edition.

Described as a “very limited offering that expresses the elegance and fluid lines of its Revero,” the Aliso Edition draws inspiration from the Californian coast and hints at the company’s future customization efforts.

The special edition is named after Aliso Beach and it features a unique Laguna Pearl paint job with glass flakes. The model also has special badging and black CarboTek carbon fiber wheels which are backed up by a Brembo braking system with dark orange metallic calipers.

The unique styling continues in the cabin as the Revero has been equipped with two-tone Bridge of Weir leather upholstery and contrast stitching. Buyers will also find red burl wood trim, platinum accents and embroidered seats with the “Aliso” name.

Like the standard model, the Revero Aliso Edition is a range-extended electric vehicle with a 20.8 kWh lithium-ion battery that powers two electric motors that produce a combined output 403 hp (301 kW / 408 PS) and 981 lb-ft (1,330 Nm) of torque. This enables the car to accelerate from 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 5.4 seconds before hitting a top speed of up to 125 mph (201 km/h). While the model can only travel up to 50 miles (80.4 km) on electricity alone, the range-extending engine increases the overall range to 300 miles (482.8 km).

Production will be limited to 15 units and pricing starts at $145,000. The model will be available exclusively in Canada and the United States and the company is currently accepting orders.
