750 horsepower are more than enough to make a very bold statement among supercars and, in this case, put a Lamborghini Huracan in its corner.
The car that managed to beat the Italian exotic is an old Volkswagen Golf Mk4 tuned to the max by Getcharged, a Germany-based company that has given the three-door hatchback more power than its challenger.
This car started life as an R32, powered by a 3.2-liter VR6 engine as the video uploader states. However, it has been heavily modified and now puts out a staggering 750 hp.

The exterior of this Golf remains pretty much stock, with the only clear indication that this is a high-performance model being the wide tires that wrap around the multi-spoke alloy wheels, and what appear to be aftermarket brakes and suspension.
Just to understand what this mega hatch is capable of, bear in mind that the stock Lamborghini Huracan Coupe LP610-4 hits 100 km/h (62 mph) in 3.2 seconds and maxes out at 325 km/h (201 mph).
Before meeting the Italian supercar, the VW Golf went against a Mercedes-AMG CLS63, with 920 horses as per the description of the clip that follows, and after that, it met a Porsche 997 Turbo and an old Audi.
