2020 Toyota GR Supra Prices Officially Released, Start From $49,990 In The U.S.

Toyota is having a field day with the unveiling of the all-new Supra, with the automaker releasing pricing information for the U.S. market.

The entry-level 2020 Toyota GR Supra 3.0 can be had from $49,990. The better equipped 3.0 Premium grade starts at $53,990. Finally, the Launch Edition model based on the 3.0 Premium will set you back $55,250 (available in a limited run of 1,500 units). All prices exclude $930 destination.

Both the 3.0 and 3.0 Premium grades will feature the same 3.0-liter turbocharged inline six-cylinder engine that makes 335 hp (340 PS) and 365 lb-ft (494 Nm) of torque. Mated to an eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters driving the rear wheels, the engine will enable a 4.1-second 0-60 time.

Performance goodies such as adaptive suspension, active rear differential, and launch control will be standard on both grades.

The 3.0 trim level’s standard spec sheet also brings a 6.5-inch infotainment display with Bluetooth and iPod capability, Alcantara seats, leather-wrapped steering wheel, Keyless Smart Entry, dual automatic climate control, backup camera, rain sensing wipers, as well as power folding and auto-dimming rearview mirrors. Navigation and JBL Audio will be available for an extra $2,460.

Moving on the 3.0 Premium model, it adds an 8.8-inch wide-format touchscreen display with Navigation, Supra Connect telematics services, wireless Apple CarPlay, 12-speaker JBL audio system, wireless phone charging, a color Head-Up Display, and heated leather seats.

The list of standard safety features on all models consists of forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, lane departure warning, road sign assist and automatic high beams.

Additionally, customers will be able to pay $1,195 on the Driver Assist Package which includes full-speed adaptive cruise control, blind spot monitor, rear cross traffic alert, parking sonar, and rear collision warning.
