This Ferrari F12 Berlinetta is a good way to forget about the new 812 Superfast. Equipped with Hennessey’s HPE800 kit, it has an impressive 800 horsepower produced at the crank and an enhanced soundtrack as proved by the video released by the tuner.
The F12’s stock 6.3-liter naturally aspirated V12 produces 730 hp (740 PS / 545 kW) and 509 lb-ft (690 Nm) of torque. With the right pedal to the metal, the F12 Berlinetta has a 0-62 mph (0-100 km/h) acceleration of 3.1 seconds and goes to over 211 mph (340 km/h).

As for the newer 812 Superfast, it uses a 6.5-liter naturally aspirated V12 with 789 hp (800 PS / 588 kW) and 530 lb-ft (718 Nm) of torque. It’s 0.2 seconds quicker to 62 mph (100 km/h) than the F12 Berlinetta and has an identical top speed.
There’s a lot going on at Hennessey these days and the F12 isn’t their only exciting project. The company is also working on a tuned McLaren Senna, which will be available with two kits: the HPE900 and HPE1000. The first one is rumored to have as much as 900 HP and the second one a whopping 1,000.
We’ll definitely get back to both supercars once we have more details on them, but for now, let’s check out the tuned F12 in action at the track.
