Close your eyes for a second and think about the weirdest and wackiest Bentley you can imagine. Did you think about a Bentley Bentayga modified for the Dakar Rally or perhaps a Bentley hypercar to rival the Aston Martin Valkyrie? Whatever you thought up, we doubt it was as crazy as this Bentley Continental GT currently residing somewhere in Russia.
This Continental GT started life out just like any other modern Bentley and was a beautiful cruiser perfect to cross continents in. However, the car somehow landed in the hands of YouTube channel AcademeG last year which set about transforming it into an off-roader which would make the Bentayga proud.
Rather than tweaking the suspension system of the car and perhaps fitting a set of large off-road wheels and tires, those responsible for building this insane Bentley instead decided to put it on a set of tracks. Yes, you are reading that correctly.

The crazy project started with the purchase of a cheap (to buy) Continental GT in dire need of some tender loving care. The twin-turbo 6.0-liter W12 engine wasn’t running and a set of new turbos were required. Rather than repair the expensive powertrain, the engine, drivetrain, and frame of the Bentley were removed and in their place sits a 4.3-liter V8 from the Toyota Crown, a torque converter automatic transmission, and a solid rear axle.
AcademeG recently took out the transformed Bentley for its first drive and immediately discovered that the tracks were put on a little too loose and easily rolled off during cornering. With the tracks tightened, this crazy Bentley actually appears to work quite well.
