A stunning 2014 Pagani Huayra will be auctioned off by RM Sotheby’s at a sale in the middle of August.
This Huayra was delivered to its one (and only, until now) owner in June 2015 by Miller Motorcars in Connecticut. Nicknamed ‘Scozia’, the Italian exotic came adorned with a number of custom touches, none more eye-catching than the tartan upholstery found in the interior.
Ferrari’s Grigio Silverstone paint covers the bodywork, and among the options selected by the owner included black brake calipers, upgraded parking sensors, a carbon fiber front splitter, a $20,000 luggage set and the signatures of every person from the Pagani factory who put it together. All up, the car’s options totaled a cool $153,776, and it was outfitted with a full clear bra shortly after being delivered.

Fast forward a couple of years, and the owner decided to have the Huayra equipped with the Tempesta package that came at $221,739. For the money, the Pagani got a new underbody, custom front splitter and rear diffuser, four-way adjustable Ohlins shock absorbers, new 20-inch front and 21-inch rear wheels and a titanium exhaust system.
Pagani only ever built 25 examples of the ‘regular’ Huayra coupe, making the exotic exceptionally rare and desirable. The auction house states that the car’s odometer currently sits at a touch under 1,500 miles (2,414 km), which for all fits and purposes makes it almost as good as new.
No pre-auction estimate has been listed, but we wouldn’t expect to see it change hands for anything less than $2 million.
