The people who work at a small used car dealership in Fort Myers, Florida, came to find that one of their vehicles had a huge dent in its roof, a dent that wasn’t there the day before. Weird, right?
Well, they did what anyone would at that point and proceeded to check their security camera footage in order to hopefully find out what it was that damaged their 2016 Chrysler 300.
The answer was a young man either falling or jumping from the building’s roof directly onto the roof of the car.
“We found that one of the ladders that we keep behind a fence was leaning up against the building in the back. We plan on locking up our ladders from now on. You never know when some crazy person may want to get on your roof in the middle of the night,” said the people who run the dealership.
What’s surprising is that the man apparently managed to avoid getting seriously hurt as he can be seen simply getting up and walking away from the damaged vehicle as if nothing had happened.
According to the dealership’s owner, one John Dileonardo, the young man dropped about 20 feet (6 meters) from the roof of the building and onto the car. If his estimation is accurate, all we can say is that the culprit should consider himself extremely lucky.

Dileonardo also said that his staff notified law enforcement about the incident and that authorities are already looking into it, as reported by Fox 4. However, since it was raining that night, the car was too wet to pick up any fingerprints.
