Following May’s teaser, Welsh tuner MS-RT has revealed the first real photos of its sports styling pack for the Transit Connect van.
Using styling cues from Ford’s works rally team, MS-RT’s custom Transit Connect gains an aero kit designed and manufactured by the company in-house. The entire body kit is plastic injection-molded and includes aggressive-looking bumpers with a splitter at the front and diffuser at the rear, modified grilles, side skirts, and a rear spoiler.
The dynamic theme continues with the 18-inch OZ Racing alloys with an optional limited edition bronze finish and the stainless steel sports exhaust system.
Inside, the tuned Transit Connect brings a hand-made Nappa leather and suede treatment and a carbon inlay sports steering wheel. Standard features also include LED load space lighting, a premium infotainment pack with navigation and reversing camera, bi-xenon headlights, and twin side loading doors.
For more demanding customers, MS-RT offers an upgrade to bronze alloy wheels, a Maxhaust exhaust system with app-controlled soundtrack, a rally sticker pack, black exhaust tips, and a full carbon steering wheel option. Buyers will also be given an exclusive MS-RT gift pack consisting of a special marked bag containing products for keeping their van in tip-top condition.
Prices start from £23,995 (approximately $29,310) for the model equipped with a six-speed manual gearbox, or £24,995 ($30,530) for the automatic transmission version. Currently, the custom Transit Connect van is only available as a standard wheelbase single cab model, but a long-wheelbase version and double cab will be introduced later in the year.
There’s no mention of a power upgrade so we have to assume MS-RT’s Transit Connect offers the stock 1.0-liter EcoBoost petrol and 1.5-liter EcoBlue diesel powertrains with up to 120 PS (118 hp).

All MS-RT Transit Connect vans come with a three-year, 100,000-mile (161,000-km) warranty.
