Forza Motorsport 7 is bringing the new Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport to the extensive lineup of cars that you can drive from the comfort of your home.
The announcement came shortly after the August update, which brings a few changes to the regulations, which will remove a player from the game after accumulating 12 seconds of penalties in a race.
The developers haven’t said yet when and how you’ll be able to check out the German race car first hand in the Xbox One and Microsoft Windows compatible video game, though.

Designed to be very fast on tracks all over the world, the new 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport is being offered in two different versions: Trackday and Competition.
At €134,000 ($150,118) without tax, the first is also the most affordable, and probably the one coming to Forza Motorsport 7, as the developers did mention the roof-mounted rescue hatch. It’s also fitted with fixed shock absorbers, ABS, ESC and air conditioning.
The Competition, on the other hand, costs €157,000 ($175,885) and adds a larger fuel tank, quick-release steering wheel, automatic fire extinguishing system, adjustable shock absorbers, integrated air jack system and a more advanced braking system. There’s also a single racing seat with six-point harness, roll cage and a few other gizmos that set it apart from the road-going model, as well as natural-fiber composite material-made doors and rear wings.
The 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport is powered by a 3.8-liter flat-six that churns out 425 PS (419 hp / 313 kW) and 425 Nm (313 lb-ft) of torque and is matched to a PDK dual-clutch transmission.
