Bugatti recently built the 200th example of the Chiron and, in July, confirmed that it had fewer than 100 build slots available.
We have no doubt that all remaining Chirons will be accounted for in the next year or so but for those millionaires and billionaires who don’t want to wait for their cars to be built and delivered, there is a blue carbon fiber Chiron available for sale right now in Gronau, Germany.
The Chiron in question is believed to have been delivered to its original owner last year before being sold to VDM Cars. It is one of the nicest Chirons that we’ve come across, and while no asking price has been made public, it will surely trade hands for a healthy premium over the car’s starting price.

Purchasing a Chiron with an exposed carbon fiber body is said to add about half a million dollars to the price tag of the French hypercar. That’s an extraordinary amount of money, but back in 2014, then-Bugatti and Bentley chief executive and president Wolfgang Durheimer said the average Bugatti customer owns 84 cars, three private jets and a yacht. Spending $500,000 on a carbon fiber body is nothing for people like these.
Complementing the blue carbon of the car are dark blue wheels and huge orange brake calipers. These brake calipers perfectly match with the eye-popping interior that’s made up almost exclusively of dark blue and orange leather. Like most other Chirons, there are also some other parts finished in brushed aluminum and matte carbon fiber.
