Pininfarina has dropped a series of new images showcasing the revised design of the Battista electric hypercar.
These images showcase a silver Pininfarina Battista prototype driving along mountain roads laden with a number of blue-tinted carbon fiber parts. In addition, we are offered a look at the car’s interior which is particularly eye-catching because the driver’s seat is finished in black leather while the passenger seat features tan-colored leather.

The Italian car manufacturer unveiled its tweaked design for the Battista in late June, just four months after the car celebrated its global debut. We’re told the changes were made to improve aerodynamics. Alterations include the fitment of new wing mirrors and some subtle new elements within the vehicle’s front bumper.
In the lead-up to this year’s Monterey Car Week where the Battista will be displayed, Pininfarina recently announced that it plans to build all-electric sedan and SUV models. Pininfarina is looking at possible partners in the automotive industry to team up with to develop a platform that will underpin both models. If everything goes well, the duo could be launched in as little as three years.
Underpinning the Pininfarina Battista is the same powertrain as the Rimac C_Two. This means the car features a 120 kWh battery pack and four electric motors to pump out a combined 1873 hp and 1696 lb-ft (2300 Nm) of torque. The hypercar should accelerate to 100 km/h (62 mph) in less than two seconds and continue through to a top speed exceeding 350 km/h (217 mph). As equally impressive as these performance figures is Pininfarina’s claim the Battista will have a range of up to 450 km (280 miles).
