Alfa Romeo is adding the new Stelvio Ti to the UK range, replacing the Milano Edizione model at the top of the SUV’s range, this side of the fire-breathing Quadrifoglio version of course.

Adding the ‘Turismo Internazionale’ suffix to the Stelvio means that the Alfa Romeo SUV comes fully kitted out with features like carbon fiber accents, a sports suspension and a host of driver assistance systems.

The new Alfa Romeo Stelvio Ti can be distinguished from its lesser siblings thanks to the carbon-fiber ‘V’ front grille and door mirrors, the darker ‘Stelvio’ and ‘Q4’ badging, the red brake calipers and of course the new 20-inch alloy wheels that are exclusive to this model.

Customers will be able to choose between two powerplants: a petrol turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder with 276 HP (280 PS) and 295 lb-ft (400 Nm) of torque and a diesel 2.2-liter with 207 HP (210 PS) and 347 lb-ft (470 Nm) of torque. Both of them are combined with the brand’s Q4 all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission.

Petrol models are capable of a 0-62mph (100km/h) in 5.7 seconds and of a top speed of 143mph (230km/h), while the diesel is slightly slower, featuring a 0-62mph in 6.6 seconds and a top speed of 134mph (215km/h).
