This Regera is just about to leave the Swedish hypercar manufacturer’s production facility and, although we’ve seen more than our fair share of stunning examples so far, this one is a little different.
Koenigsegg unveiled the Regera at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show, and since production of the track-focused Agera RS wrapped up last year, is the company’s sole production model until the all-new Jesko’s development and testing are concluded.

Instead of something like a colored carbon fiber skin, the owner of this hypercar went for a bright orange paint. This results in a unique look that differentiates this Regera from all others we’ve set eyes on and will ensure it turns head wherever it goes. Koenigsegg’s available ‘Ghost Package’ is not visible, meaning it doesn’t feature additional aero parts on the front bumper, nor a splitter or the little winglets on the rear wheel arches.
We don’t have yet have any pictures of the interior, but look closely and you will notice that there is orange on the instrument cluster as well as orange leather seats. The car was purchased by a collector known on Instagram as barrak_alsarraf, whose garage also houses a Lamborghini Aventador SV Roadster and a Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren 722S.
His latest acquisition will easily outgun those two, as the Regera is powered by a twin-turbo 5.0-liter V8 paired to three electric motors for a combined 1500 HP and 944 lb-ft (1280 Nm) of torque.
