The occupants of two pickup trucks were lucky to escape a serious crash without injuries in the U.S.
Dashcam footage of the incident shows a Ram pickup traveling down the road when the driver, either intentionally or unintentionally, approaches an intersection with a red light and fails to slow down.
As the Ram speeds through the intersection, it hits a dark red pickup truck, tipping that vehicle onto its roof and causing absolute carnage. A handful of motorists immediately pull over to offer their assistance to the occupants of the overturned pickup and ignore the driver of the Ram that ran the red light and actually caused the crash.

At one point in the video, a small white dog can be seen emerging from the overturned pickup, clearly rather frightened with what had just happened. The cammer immediately jumps out of his vehicle to help save the animal as others manage to open up the pickup’s driver-side door.
Discussing the incident in the comments section of the video, the cammer says everyone involved in the crash was okay and the dog was rescued and unharmed.
Police inevitably attended the scene and were hopefully provided with footage that proves the Ram driver ran the red light and caused the crash. As we’ve said time and time again, running red lights is absolutely foolish and puts lives at risks. Don’t do it, no matter how much of a rush you may be in.
