Most of the 911 GT3 owners go for one of the usual Porsche Motorsport colors but when a tastefully-done paint-to-sample example came on our radar, we couldn’t feel but a little weak at the knees.
This 2018 Porsche 911 GT3 is a 991.2 generation model to be offered by RM Auctions in their London sale on October 24. It’s finished in the lovely Sepia Brown, a shade that was widely used on 911s during the 1970s. It currently rides on a set of tasty gold alloy wheels, with the car also accompanied by its factory black 20-inch items.

Other options include the desirable six-speed manual transmission, lightweight bucket seats in leather and Alcantara, the Clubsport package, the bigger 90-liter fuel tank, and more.
The Porsche 991.2 GT3 marked the return of the manual transmission to the track-focused model, with the company offering it as a no-cost option in addition to the standard seven-speed PDK. Power comes from a naturally aspirated 4.0-liter flat-six engine that makes 493 HP (500 PS) and 339 lb-ft (460 Nm) of torque.
Performance is quite strong, offering a 0-60 mph (96 km/h) in 3.3 seconds if you’re fast enough with your hands and feet, while flat out it’ll do 198 mph (318 km/h). Every 991.2 GT3 also comes with goodies like active engine mounts, rear-axle steering and of course a limited-slip differential.
The car is sold from its original owner and currently shows a very low 1.500 km (932 miles) on the odometer. If you always wanted a manual 911 GT3 that stood out from the sea of its white, red and blue siblings, then you might just found your perfect car.
