An eye-catching Bugatti Chiron Sport reportedly dubbed ‘Zebra’ has been filmed near the company’s French manufacturing facility shortly before being shipped out to its customer.
Like many other multi-million dollar hypercars, Bugatti allows its owners to spec out their cars to their individual tastes and if the money is right, custom paint schemes can be ordered. That’s exactly what you’re seeing with this particular Chiron Sport.
Much of the vehicle’s bodywork is painted in a shade of bright blue that is contrasted by darker blue elements flowing across the body. This paint scheme is very similar to the one-off Bugatti Veyron Super Sport ‘Le Saphir Bleu’ and features the same paint theme (albeit in different colors) as the Bugatti Veyron L’Or Blanc models.

As the French hypercar drives past in the video, we can see that it features the ugly added bumpers stretching off the rear, indicating that this is a U.S. example that will soon be sent over to its owner.
The Bugatti Chiron Sport was introduced by the car manufacturer at the Geneva Motor Show in 2018. Upgrades over the ‘regular’ Chiron include the added use of carbon fiber and new lightweight wheels to shed 18 kg (40 lbs). In addition, the suspension system has been stiffened up by 10 per cent. Bugatti’s engineers also tweaked the rear differential and Dynamic Torque Vectoring systems. U.S. prices for the car start at $3.26 million although we suspect the owner of this example paid some extra for the special paint.
